This week's Serenade comes from Dean's 1974 al-b-um "Once In A While". It's such a bea-u-ti-ful song that I really couldn't say it any better than "It's Magic"!
Imagine the joy some lucky young lady would have felt to hear our Dino croonin' these cool romantic type phrases to her...man o man pals o mine...I betcha she'd melt in his hands like butter! These words definitely are so so pretty and only Dean could sing them so so bea-u-ti-fully! What can I say...It's magic! Enjoy!

OT, I know, but this weekend I watched a two-part re-run of "Charlie's Angels" called "Angels in Vegas." It starred Dean Martin as a casino owner. He had great chemistry with Kate Jackson. Really great chemistry. I wonder if there was something going on off-screen? I know Kate dated Sinatra, but I never heard anything about her and Dean. Anyway, it was a treat to see Dean, who looked handsome as ever. Was there anyone who wore a tuxedo better than Dean Martin?
