Hopefully GREAT! 

Thins' 'round here ain't too bad! Weathers been decent. Days are usually cold. 

BUT...wee bit, by wee bit, gettin' longer! 

Sun is risin' earlier & earlier! 

We is slowly creepin' towards warmer days, my friends! 

I know...I'm jumpin' the gun here, pals. But...we is 1/3 the ways through Winter...& I'm already gettin' Spring fever!! Haha!!

So, pals...here's what I'm thinkin'. A "chilled-out"..."cooly-mellow" Dino-jam...that will bring those comfy, warmer days to mind, for this week's Serenade. 

Somethin' relaxin'...to help us through our Winter pilgrimage. 

I is also wantin' to get us ready for an up & comin' month of PURE PURE Dino-passion!

 Well, hey there, ol' palsies o' mine! 

How's thins' in your part of the world? 

Hopefully all is well & the new year is goin' smooth. 

So, pals...youse know that sayin', "Ask & youse shall receive."? Well, mi amici...it seems our request for a wee bit o' "June in January", has been heard loud & clear! 

As I sit here & type...we, here in good ol' Massachusetts...is in the middle of a warm & rainy day. We actually might see 50 degrees by midday. 

Crazy weather for January, pals! 

Did Dino actually see last week's Sunday Serenade?! Does he ACTUALLY stop by our humble little blog?!?! Haha!! Sure seems that way, pallies o' mine! 

Hey, pals...like they say's..."Youse never know". 

Anyways, mi amici...it's got me thinkin'. 

No matter what the weather is outside...we can ALWAYS be nice & comfy cozy...when Dino is swoonin' us & croonin' us! 

It's a magical thin', really. How Dean's jams can take us away. Bring us to a different place. A different time...with just a simple song.  A simple tune on a simple Winter day! 

But...my friends...the magic isn't the fact that it's a warm January day. Nope. 

The MAGIC is the ability to be in & among cold cold or way too hot  temperatures, and yet maintain a certain level of HOT & FIERY coolness!

What a crazy time it's been, huh pals? 

'Nother Dino-Departure Day has passed, as well. What a special, yet bittersweet, anniversary. 

Man...25 years have flown by. 

I 'member exactly where I was when I heard the news...Dino passed. Ugh. Felt empty. Like I just lost a friend I had known all my life, but hadn't seen for a long while. 

Oh well. That's how it works, mi amici. Souls come & go. Some just leave more of an impression. 

I've been PERMANENTLY scarred...in a good way...by our pal, Dean. 

Never to be the same...& never regrettin' a second. 

Dino has helped mold me into the crazy, silly fella I am! Haha!! That's a GREAT thin', pallies! Proud to say that Dino inspires me everyday! 

Let's move forward... into the new year... with Dean in mind... always proud to be who we are, pals o mine! Dino-holics! Haha!! 

Today's tune, "A Winter Romance", kinda sums it all up & is a perfecto end to Dino-Winter Month Sunday Serenades 2020.

Well...we made it. Welcome to Winter 2020. 

Man...just cants' believe 'nother Christmas is here. 

Seems so far away, then all of a sudden...here it is. 

'Nother important day is here, also. Dino-Departure Day. 

It crept up as well, pals. 

'Nother year since we lost our main man, Dino.  That's a tough one to say, pals. Truly hurts me. 

But...what makes thins' a little bit easier on my heart...is bein' part of this GREAT GREAT blog...'specially today. Gives me a chance to share a little piece of myself & my thoughts 'bout Dean. What he's meant to me throughout my life.  

Today...although we is reminded 'bout what we've lost...& we are ALL surely missin' our fearless leader, Dino Martin Peters, we also think 'bout what we still have! Life is GOOD! Dino keeps it that way! Crazy, yes. Upside down...Definately! But, good. 

So, pals...we will spread good will to others & share positive thoughts. Let's not sulk & be blue. Let's celebrate!  Let's 'member all the good stuff that made Dino...Dino!  Fun...Happy...Foolish...& OH SO VERY Cool! Haha!!

Hope youse is absorbin' as much of Dean's Christmasy croonin' as humanly possible, pallies. We only gots eleven more chilly nights...'til it's all over! 

Man! These December days REALLY seem to shoot by! Waaaaaaa!!! 

Gonna miss all these holiday Dino-tunes!!! Waaaaaa!!! 

What's a Dino-Winter Month-aholic to do, pallies?! Waaaaa!!! Waaaaa!!! 

Hey....wait just a croonin' Dino-minute, (sniff sniff)!!! I ALMOST forgot (sniff sniff)!!! The only thin' that happens...is(sniff)...Dino-Winter Month simply transitions into Dino-Winter SEASON!!! YES!!! Our fearless leader, DMP,  has been callin' it this all along! 

So basically..."Christmassy" Dino-jams simply & naturally evolve into "Wintery" Dino- jams! Sounds good to me, mi amici! Whew! Feelin' MUCH better now, mi amici! 

Don't knows why I forget this progression, every year. Either I is gettin' old or sippin' on too many martinis lately! Haha!!

Now, as our fearless leader, DMP, always says..."Youse just don't know WHERE he will pop up next!" And as our great great friend, Ms. AOW, commented a couple years back..."He still seems so alive!" It's true, pallies! 

It's actually hard to believe he's been gone all these years!

It's comin' up quick, pallies! And even though this year is gonna be a wee bit different. Maybe no big family get-together...it's still a time to ponder our lives...count our blessins'...& give thanks to those responsible for helping  us 'long the way.  

Let's keep our fearless leader, Dean Martin Peters, in our thoughts & prayers this Thanksgivin', mi amici. Not sure where or when he will pop back in...but I gotta admit, I'm worried. Been gone a long long time. I'm hoping'...as I'm sure we all are...that he's gonna show up...& take control...once 'gain, of our cool cool little blog...as he always has. Come back soon, pallie. 

I actually always find myself thinkin' of a few special peeps...who have helped me 'long the way. 

Some are gone...some still here. 

Whoever helps get us through the trials & tribulations of life. And those who make the good times EXTRA good! They ALL deserve a thanks. 

Yes, pals...this includes your family, your friends...your dog, cat, & pet rock, too. Haha!! All & Any! 

Now, pals...I just so happens to have two VERY important fellas in mind today. As I do every year...'round this time. 

Two GREAT GREAT guys that actually go hand & hand in my life. 

First is my Dad. Second is Dino. 

One introduced me to the other...& now one keeps the others memory alive. 

A day doesn't pass without them , both, in mind. 

My true "rocks". 

Can always count on them for a smile & positive word. 

These kind've SPECIAL souls will NEVER leave us, mi amici! They are with us & in us forever! Keep their memories alive, always, ol' pals o' mine. 

Now, my friends...let's listen & watch Dino do his thin' with a little "S'Posin". It's comfortin' to the soul.
