Scarlett Johansson sings with Dino
By Cindy Clark, USA TODAY
Scarlett Johansson can soon be heard singing alongside Dean Martin in a special duet of I'll Be Home For Christmas. Yes, that's right — Johansson recently recorded a virtual duet of the song, which will be featured exclusively on Martin's new holiday album My Kind of Christmas, out Sept. 20 from Universal Music Enterprises.
"Growing up in New York City, Christmas was never Christmas without Dino," says Johansson in a release. "Recording in the studio with Mr. Martin in my headphones felt as though he were standing right next to me, crooning with that mischievous gleam in his eye. When I was asked to sing on this album, it was literally a childhood dream come true."
The 14-track collection features Christmas classics including White Christmas and Silent Night as well as Dino's popular take on A Marshmallow World.
