Likes today our Dino-devotional speaks of a lovely lady named Miss Priya Krishna (pictured on the right) who as youse will read below came to hear our Dino's virtuoso voice while partakin' of meals in a neighborhood Italiano restaurant. From the 'net pad of that most famous food magazine "Bon Appétit" comes
Miss Krishna's remarkable remembrances tagged "The Bizarre History of Buca di Beppo, America’s Most Postmodern Red Sauce Chain - How a Lutheran from central Illinois created a genre-defining Italian-American restaurant." Priya is a food writer who contributes to The New York Times, The New Yorker, Bon Appétit, and more." Her awesome article is part of the feature series "Welcome to Red Sauce America, our coast-to-coast celebration of old-school Italian-American restaurants.
The Dino-nugget that absolutely awed us 'pon readin' it is Miss Krishna's revelation that " It was here that I first listened to the croonings of Dean Martin, his music playing on an endless loop in the dining room." Likes how mighty marvelous is that pallies?!?!?! It make us profoundly ponder just how many of today's Dino-devotees where like Priya first introduced to our mighty marvelous majestic Dino via background music in one eatery or 'nother? And, likes how many many more pallies will be drawn into the Dino-fold even this very Dino-day by hearin' our Dino while enjoyin' a meal, 'specially in an Italiano Restaurant?
Likes truly truly there are ubber unendin' wonderful ways that our Dino is usin' to sweetly spread his Dino-message of absolute amore.....and likes how completely cool is that?!?!?!?! Just thinkin' 'bout this Dino-reality makes our hearts beautifully burst with the deepest of deep Dino-happiness!
We thanks Miss Priya Krishna for her powerful personal testimony of Dino-discovery and for the pallies at "Bon Appétit" for puttin' it into print. We have only shared the briefest of brief words from Miss Krisnha's excellent essay. So, to checks it out where it first appeared and to read it in total, simply clicks on the tag of this Dino-epistle.
And, likes pallies, we simply had to add a fabulous fav Dino-amore croon for your Dino-viewin' and Dino-listenin' pleasure....from the Dino-show...."It Had To Be You."
We Remain,
Yours In Dino,
Dino Martin Peters

Welcome to Red Sauce America, our coast-to-coast celebration of old-school Italian-American restaurants.
There was no Little Italy near the small suburb of Dallas where I grew up. Instead, there was Buca di Beppo.
It was here that I first listened to the croonings of Dean Martin, his music playing on an endless loop in the dining room.
