On This Date In Dino-history: April 16, 1964

Hey pallies, likes today is yet 'nother deeply deeply delightful date in the life, times and teachin's  of our most beloved Dino. Likes thanks to a dude tagged "Rocketman5000" at "Inside the Rock Era" we got word that it was on the  Dino-day, April 16 in the year of our Dino 1964 that our great man recorded his coolest cool  croon ever...."Everybody Loves Somebody Sometime."

"Everybody Loves Somebody," was coolly co-written in 1947 by his pianist/accompanist Ken Lane. It went to #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, sold more than a million copies, and became the theme song of his NBC-TV variety series (1965-1974). The words "Everybody Loves Somebody Sometime" are inscribed on Dean Martin's grave marker.  Likes when it hit numero uno on the Billboard charts, our most beloved Dino knocked the Beatles off the charts, provin' once and for Dino-all that only our mighty marvelous magnificant Dino coulda bust the Beatles!
