Comedy Flashback: Jackie Mason Plays Barber to Dean Martin

Hey pallies, likes if ilovedinomartin doesn't do anythin' else. day in and day out we does our very best to share the length and breath and depth of devotion to our most beloved Dino that keeps pourin' in from all over the ol' world wide web.  Likes our Dino constantly keeps us wonderin' where he will turn up next!

Today we goes to yet 'nother new-to-ilovedinomartin blog tagged "Jewish Humor Central" where Publisher and Blogger-in-Chief: Mr. Al Kustanowitz has put the accent on our Dino's Variety Show and a very cool clip of Jewish comedian Mr. Jackie Mason playin' barber to our Dino.  While the vid presented has Mason with almost all the lines, it is with the purest of pleasure that we gets to watch all our Dino's fabulous facial expressions in reactions to Jackie's patter.  Our Dino doesn't have to say one word to grab our attention and makes us smile!

In addition, we gotta 'fess up that likes we personally deeply  digs this period in our Dino's life and times..  It's the seventies Dino when our Dino more and more openin'ly made his private persona coolly congruent with is swingin' stage persona.... the "mod Dino" who becomes cooler, hipper and randier by the moment with his ever  present Kent cigarette in hand and incredibly irresistible glance wooin' and cooin' his audience!

Comedy Flashback: Jackie Mason Plays Barber to Dean Martin

The Dean Martin Show was a big TV hit from 1965 to 1974. Comedian Jackie Mason was a frequent guest on Martin's show.

In this excerpt from the show, Mason plays Murray the barber who delivers one funny line after another while giving Martin a haircut.

During the three minute video clip, Mason touches on Martin's singing, music, sex, concerts, and the real reason why Schubert didn't finish his symphony.
