From the annals of the online presence of the "CARROLL COUNTY TIMES" showcasin' news from Carroll county in Maryland, comes scriber Miss Mary Grace Keller's (pictured on the left) awesome article, "More than ‘cookie-cutter memory care’: Copper Ridge in Sykesville helps seniors find strength." One of those seniors highlighted in Keller's prose is Mr. Fred Klaunber, who "finds joy watching Dean Martin shows in his room at Copper Ridge."
Indeed we continue to give thanks for our Dino and his wonderful weekly program that aired on NBC for nine stunnin' seasons. Pallies of all ages and stages continue to respectfully revel in our Dino's marvelous mix of comedy and croons that filled each energetic episode with jubilant joy. How beautifully blessed Mr. Fred Klaunberg is, as are all of us pallies who deeply delight in our one and only Dino. Likes, how absolutely awesomely appropriate that this noteworthy news has been shared durin' our season of "Giving Dino Thanks."
We supremely salute Mr. Klaunberg for makin' his deep deep Dino-delight known to Miss Keller and to Miss Keller for sharin' Fred's story to the world through the pages of the "CARROLL COUNTY TIMES." Fred Klaunberg, formerly of Cockeysville, finds joy watching Dean Martin shows in his room at Copper Ridge. Klaunberg said he enjoys attending the religious ceremonies and musical performances at the facility.
Dino seems to be the most loved & memorable entertainer of the older generation. Every time I read these wonderful stories...Dean is usually the one guy they all have the most memories of & pure joy. I suppose that will be us someday, as well. Haha!! O well. As long as I have Dino in mind...life will ALWAYS be good.
