On This Date In Dino-history: January 23, 1958


Hey pallies, likes we gotta 'fess up yet 'gain this very Dino'day.  Likes we hadn't planned to share a second Dino-missive with all youse Dino-holics but likes when we used the Twingly Advanced Blog Search we once 'gain landed at the beau-ti-ful blog of our pallie Mr. Bob Dearborn who daily shares all thin's musically historical at "The Olde Disc Jockey's Almanac - Celebrity Birthdays, This Day In History, Number One songs on this day, little known facts, and more, for the media professional and anyone else who finds these things useful, entertaining and interesting."

Likes today Mr. Dearborn has reported that our most beloved Dino recorded his classic croon, "Return To Me" at "the Capitol Tower studios in Hollywood on this date, January 23 in the year of our Dino.   Now ,likes  tell us how coulda we not share with all youse Dino-philes this hugely historic Dino-date....the 60th anniversary of this remarkable recordin'?!?!?!?!?!  Truly truly we woulda be remiss to not take the time to remember this delightful date in the life, times, and teachin's of our one and only Dino!

In honor of this hugely historical Dino-date we share with youse an incredible image of our Dino on the cover of the sheet music for "RETURN TO ME," a youtube vid of our Dino and Mr. Perry Como sharin' the spotlight singin' this cool cool croon when our Dino   visited Mr. Como's Kraft Music Hall television show on NBC.  Likes it is the only live version that we coulda locate on youtube of our great great Dino singin' this great great song.
