What Happened to Dean Martin?

Hey pallies, likes deep deep Dino-palliedom is freely flowin' here at our humble little Dino-conclave.
Likes yester-Dino-day, our Dino-bro Danny-o put us on to delightful Dino-treasure accentin' just a ton of Dino-images, most also accentin' some of our Dino's tremendous teachin's ....likes powerfully pure Dino-gold in our humble opinion!  And, likes today we are greatly gifted by 'nother of our faithful Dino-devotees, our Dino-sis, Miss AOW, while patterin' on Monday's  Dino-gram put us on to a new Dino-vid addition at youtube.

Likes what Miss AOW put us on to is what she has tagged a "biosketch" tagged "What Happened to Dean Martin."  It's a production of Mr. Jerry Skinner's "On The Spot Films," and believe it or not, it has had over 106,000 in it's first 3 days up at youtube....likes how cool is that?!?!?!?!?  It is obvious that Mr. Skinner has done  remarkable research into the life and times of our most beloved Dino...not only into huge historical details, but also into the coolest of cool collection of pixs Skinner has put together to go 'long with his spoken words.

For those of us long in Dino, there are not to many Dino-details that we haven't heard before.  But, every so often Jerry shares a piece of Dino-history that we ain't ever heard before.  Case in point, we did not know that our Dino was so so supportive of Mr. Montgomery Clift, who he had starred with in "The Young Lions," that he insisted that Clift have a part in his first Matt Helm caper in 1966, "The Silencers."  However, Clift died before the filming began.

This is a lovin' look at our Dino's life, obviously done with complete care and well worth any Dino-holics time to watch.  We thanks our sister in Dino, Miss AOW, for sharin' this deep Dino-find with all us of here at ilovedinomartin.  We also sez our thanks to Mr. Jerry Skinner for this potent production sure to bring a terrific ton of new pallies into the Dino-fold.

We remain,

Yours in Dino,

Dino Martin Peters

  1. Thank you, DMP, for mentioning that I stumbled across Jerry Skinner's bio sketch of our Dino. He included great photos, too.

Mr. Skinner did indeed uncover a few Dino-related details unknown to me. I'm always excited to learn something new about our Dino!
