Dean Martin Shrimp Cocktail
Hey pallies, likes we are always powerfully pleased by the many and varied ways that our most beloved Dino gets hugely homaged 'round the Dino-universe. Today we visit, through the awesome assistance of Twingly Advanced Blog search at the Singapore restaurant blog "Epicurious Caniggia," home to blogger foodie Mr. Alvin Tan.
Mr. Tan's bio includes these intriguin' insights, "Alvin (Caniggia) was raised in a middle-low income strata environment. He’s had the luxury of tasting & experience foods of varied cultures, and in his years has developed keen appreciation for food of varied genres & echelons. Food indulgence is essentially a Singaporean lifestyle that is fast becoming an ingrain culture"
Likes, below is a part of Tan's food review of The Westin Singapore's restaurant "Cook & Brew," and were proudly pumped to find that the "Cook & Brew" has a Dino-dedicated dish tagged, "The Dean Martin Shrimp Cocktail. Below is an illustration of said Dino-food as well as a deeply delightful description of this Dino-homagin' creation.

Likes if Singapore wasn't so so far 'way we'd be off as quick as we could to indulge in this Dino-delicacy for Dino-sure. Likes the terms Dino and cocktail goes together....and this cocktail is "laced with whiskey buerre blanc,." and likes Dino-philes everywhere knows that our Dino's liquid libation of choice was some J&B whiskey.
We thanks foodie blogger Mr. Alvin Tan for sharin' his post that includes this huge homage of our Dino a la shrimp cocktail. To read his whole post that includes many many cook eats, simply clicks on the tag of this Dino-report.
We remain,
Yours in Dino,
Dino Martin Peters

Dean Martin Shrimp Cocktail, is quite an engineering feat in terms of presentation. A skewer of sautéed crunchy bouncy juicy tiger prawns, plunged into a garlic mash, laced with whiskey buerre blanc, decked with flora & umbrella… Served in a double diameter margarita glass. It’s worth a visit (multiple revisits, if u please).
Looks good! One of these yummy concoctions...a dry martini...& sum cool cool Dino-tunes! Sounds like a party to me! Haha!!
