Hey pallies, likes we just never ever know where our most beloved Dino will turn up next dudes! Recently we found him at, of all places, a scooter site taged, "ScooterNova - more than just another scooter site."
The pallie who hangs his hat there tells us that, "I’ve owned and ridden scooters since I was 16 without a break, and I’m now in my (early) 40s.
The post below has the blogger addin' a wee bit of Dino-magic to his repertoire, accentin' our main man as Matt Helm in Helmer numero tres, "The Ambushers," exhibitin' a very cool advert poster as well as that swingin' shot of our Dino gettin' a scooter ride with a hot babe. But, likes appears that the blogger has never endulged in the pleasure of Dino as Helm. We might suggest to him that he begin with what we here at ilovedinomartin deem the best of the quartet, "Murder's Row."
Likes this seems a very appro post to share followin' that very cool clip of Dino and the 12 Slaygirls of MR.
We salute the blogger at "Scooter Nova" for sharin' our Dino in this way and helpin' his readership deeply dig our King of Cool. To checks this out in it's original format, simply clicks on the tag of this here Dino-gram. Dino-delightedly, DMP
Dean Martin, Lambretta Cento, hot pants & boots!
Ambushers film poster from 1967
Rat Pack member Dean Martin gets a lift on a Lambretta Cento in the 1967 film The Ambushers, which according to the IMDb is a sci-fi comedy involving secret agent ‘Matt Helm’ and a flying saucer that only women can pilot! Martin made a series of films as secret agent Matt Helm films during the Sixties it seems, a ‘spoof’ James Bond by all accounts which is the best guess as we’ve not seen any of the films. For a bit of lazy Sunday afternoon scooter spotting after a heavy weekend away in the saddle it might be a film to track down and stick in the DVD player, but I’m not sure even the Cento can save it. Let’s just enjoy the image instead, hey?
