Discover, or re-discover, why Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. were known as the 'kings of cool' in the '60s. Whether you're nostalgic for your own salad days or are drawn to the era that defined glamour, these two free CDs will transport you back in time.

While much of the gang's publicity stemmed from their friendships with John F. Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe and various notorious Vegas gangsters, these recordings remind us that these guys were also incredibly talented.

Volume One, free inside The Daily Telegraph on Saturday, September 10, features 10 major hits, including Come Fly With Me, Mambo Italiano, I've Got You Under My Skin and These Foolish Things, plus five bonus tracks of big band classics.

Volume Two, free inside The Sunday Telegraph on September 11, brings you another ten favourite songs and a further five extra bonus tracks. The hits include Lady is a Tramp, That's Amore, One for My Baby and That Old Black Magic.

Wow! I wish that we here in the States could get a free deal like this one.

I understand that Dean Martin is beloved in the UK. I know that he gave at least one concert there, and all the UK people whom I personally know revere and respect him.
